All products installed by Hampton Conservatories come with a complete guarantee for 10 years. This covers the locks, hinges, glass and profiles, which is standard with most double glazing companies. If we have undertaken any other building work such as electrics, plumbing, tiling or plastering during an installation, then these are guaranteed also, leaving you satisfied that you have made the right choice for your installation.

Whether it be a sticking lock, lost key or a faulty seal, one quick phone call to us and you can expect to see a swift response from one of our staff. We will contact you to agree a convenient appointment time and the repair will be free of charge if within the 10 year guarantee.
